My name is Jeff Honeycutt. A year ago I set out to lose a few pounds. I did that. Then I decided to lose more...
In total (so far) I've lost over 60 pounds. Halfway through it I had a vision of seeing 210 on the scale. It seemed so far away, almost out of reach...now it's so close!
I'll be explaining what I've done and what I'm doing as well as sprinkling in some bits of my own philosophical observations in hopes of motivating others to see their own low number on the scale!
